The Residents' Center is the ideal location to schedule your next event. The Center includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a perfect blend of casual dining and seating, a flat-screen television, two fireplaces, and, with its ceiling-to-floor dividers, up to three separate areas in which to hold events. It's easy to host that social gathering, birthday party, or baby shower. And with access to outdoor seating, a fire pit and a grill. The Center offers opportunities for year-round celebrations.

For a minimal fee, share your love of gardening and enjoy the convenience of an annual plot—from March to October—in the Community Garden, conveniently located on Mill Pond Run.

 

 

Fitness Facility

Furnished with state-of-the-art equipment, the Fitness Facility is the perfect place to get in that daily workout. The treadmills, elliptical machines, functional trainers, and more are flanked by strategically located TVs so you can tune in while you tone up. Rules and regulations are posted.

Playground

Bring the kids to play for an hour or two and enjoy lunch or a snack on conveniently located picnic tables.

Richardson's Mill Pond Park

Located at the end of Mill Pond Run, residents may picnic in the Pavilion, spend reflective moments on benches overlooking the pond, fish or launch your boat from the dock, or merely take in the beauty after a leisurely walk. Racks to store your canoes and kayaks are available for an annual fee.

This conveniently located neighborhood pool is for the exclusive use of Orchard Hill and Overlook residents and their guests.

Residents' Center

The Residents’ Center provides a comfortable and casual setting for socializing with friends and neighbors. This newly renovated community clubhouse includes a fully equipped kitchen, a perfect blend of dining and comfortable seating, two fireplaces, and a television. Step outside to enjoy the patio, grill or fire pit area.

 

RV Storage Lot

For an annual fee, the RV Storage Lot offers a limited number of safe, convenient on-site spaces for residents' titled RVs, cars, trailers, and/or boats. 
 

Tennis/Pickleball Courts

Residents and guests can play or practice their serve at one of the two on-site courts located behind the Resident's Center. Rules are posted.

Walking Trails

Whether it’s a power walk in the morning, jogging in the afternoon, or a stroll in the evening with a two- or four-legged friend, our walking trails meander for miles throughout the community.

Mill Pond at Stonehouse offers many outdoor activities.  Tennis, swimming pools, a soccer field, garden plots or enjoy the 3 mile paved path that provides a safe place for walking, jogging or biking.  If your preference is to relax in a quiet place, a viewing point overlooking the pond is the place to go.
