Neighborhoods

The community of Mill Pond at Stonehouse consists of eleven different neighborhoods, each with its own distinctive character. There are many community-wide events that take place such as the annual Labor Day Pig Roast, Holiday Party, Fall Festival and more.  In addition, there are smaller gatherings and activities that take place within the various neighborhoods. From the cottages and golf villas of Orchard Hill and Overlook I to the custom homes in Overlook II and throughout the rest of the community, there is a home or lot to meet the requirements of all homebuyers.  Lots are available from ¼ acre to more than 1 acre.
